July 2026 — Institutional and publication systems
Volume 0 published on YouTube; the vertical version shared on Instagram; Phase 1 website prepared; publication, evidence, knowledge and training-control systems established.
2026 — Priority field implementation
Fruit Forest, PQNK, Vermicompost, infrastructure, animal-resource improvement and energy readiness remain the first integrated implementation priorities.
Late 2026 — Enterprise pilots
Mushroom-room preparation, orchard value-addition pilots, Biofactory controls and biogas design readiness advance only through approved technical and safety gates.
2027 — Nursery and Knowledge Centre phases
Nursery establishment, controlled training, research partnerships and broader public-facing systems follow field and organisational readiness.
Every meaningful update should include
Date and location
A clear enterprise, stage and time reference.
Measured change
Dimensions, survival, water, labour, cost, quality or production as relevant.
Evidence
Fixed photos, logs, tests, batch records or approved drawings.
Problem and response
What did not work, what was corrected and what remains open.
Current status
Existing, under implementation, pilot, planned or future.
Next gate
The evidence required before expansion or public claims.
