About TRFMS
A long-term regenerative farm, enterprise and knowledge system built for the realities of the Thal region.
Restore land while building practical rural enterprise.
Thal Regenerative Farm Management System — TRFMS — is being developed near 18 Hazari in Jhang District, Punjab. The project combines an existing orchard and farm assets with phased regenerative production, biological fertility, animal systems, renewable energy, value addition, research and training.
The goal is not to copy a single farming model. TRFMS is designed to learn from the land, local resources, real labour and water conditions, and then expand only what performs responsibly.

Institutional promise
Regeneration, practical quality, transparent learning, integrated enterprise and rural resilience.
TRFMS operating principles
Start with the resource base
Soil, water, shelter, drainage and biological stability come before expansion.
Use phased pilots
New enterprises begin at a manageable scale with clear acceptance and expansion gates.
Record real performance
Field logs, evidence, costs, quality and safety decisions are part of daily farm management.
Connect farm flows
Residues, manure, energy, plants, water, processing and knowledge should support one another safely.
Protect integrity
Public communication distinguishes current reality, implementation progress and future plans.
Teach through demonstration
Training and visitor access will grow only after enterprise, station and safety readiness.
From handbook to field.
Volume 0 provides the master philosophy, governance and knowledge architecture. Volumes I–XII translate that framework into enterprise-specific systems, implementation controls, evidence, training and long-term replication.
